*Students are requested to send a copy of student ID or a letter from the head of department by FAX or e-mail to the organizing office upon registration.
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory):
Registered participants, who are unable to attend the Congress will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of 30 EUR provided a written notice of non-attendance is received by the Congress Secretariat before the 10th of August 2017. All refunds will be processed after the Congress. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected.

Scientific papers
The Scientific Committee of the 9th World Congress on Itch invites scientific papers for qualification to congress presentations. To submit a file, please click “Abstracts” and fill in all fields. Abstract submission deadline is 15th June, 2017. The registered authors of the submitted papers will have been notified by e-mail about the decision of the Scientific Committee by 15th July, 2017. The authors of papers qualifying for presentation will receive detailed information about the form of presentation and technical requirements. The form of presentation selected by the Scientific Committee may not be consistent with the authors' preferences.

Guidelines for poster presentation
All posters must be prepared in English.Poster boards’ dimensions (including frames) will be 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height. To keep good legibility of the poster, we recommend a maximum size of 90 cm (35.4 inches) in width and 120 cm (47.2 inches) in length. Please use the “portrait” position.Make sure that the poster is not crowded by too many letters or numbers. Posters should be easy to read from a 2-meter distance.
